For your viewing we have a pair of mid-century Hitachi 506 Moon desks lights, space-age design, Circa1960's. The lamps get their name by their long off white PVC shade that connects to their gooseneck stem coated in chrome with an adjustable section on the top which leads straight down into their square base finished in black with aluminium circular plate stating its iconic branding. A white push button is situated to the centre of the cover plate which features a twin light setting operated by the same on/off push button, bright for close intricate work and a dimmer setting to create that more relaxing mood. These superb contemporary desk lamps would make a wonderful addition to that work space area.
Condition
These lamps are in good condition for their age. They both have some staining on the white shades and flacking to the base, stem and cover plate.
Overall the the lamps are in good working order and are in fantastic shape ready to add to both commercial and home interiors.
