For your viewing we have this rare Anglo gothic chapel entrance table. This rare geometrically crafted table has been made from a solid oak timber which is in its basic form of straight lines and no frills approach. The mid rail shelf is a basic bullnose oak slab that helps form the structure of this solid piece. The strong pillow carved legs sit on basic but beautifully carved feet. This piece could date back to the 1860s, which lends itself to the Gothic revival movement, also called the Victorian Gothic or Neo-Gothic era. This piece of furniture will make a statement that your home is indeed your castle!
Condition
This piece is in excellent condition for it's age. It still has an extremely solid structure, with some signs of ageing as per picture.
