for your viewing we have a pair of Antique Stick Chairs dating from the 1790s A very elegantly fine quality pair of U.S Plantation type chairs, with intricately carved upright bars and cane seats. The legs are well tapered with slightly splayed feet and thinly turned lower cross stretchers that pull the structure together. These chairs are delicately crafted but elegant in their own way, more of a decorative item than a every day seat.
