The regal spaniel head acts as the fixing plate, with the dog's collar hinged at the neck acting as the knocker. A solid brass striker plate is also supplied made in either solid brass or cast iron. Mounting screws included. 2" bolts which work on doors up to 1.5" thick, mounted from the back of the door.
