Here we have for your viewing an antique Edwardian small drop leaf oval dining table, circa 1770. A fine quality period piece of furniture which features drop leaves on both sides that open up to a magnificent solid figured oval shape table over a single bow fronted cockbeaded drawer to either ends. The drawers feature their original fitted brass handle escutcheons to both front faces with inlaid scrolling to the outer rim. The intricately crafted work surface is raised on elegant slender square tapered legs which shows it's impressive inlaid art work that flows into superbly forged tapering brass box castors. This wonderful piece of furniture exudes decadence and grace and would be na attribute to that elegant interior living space.
