For your viewing we have a beautiful vintage Anglo Indian Arm chair, made in the British Colonial taste. This is a supreme quality open arm chair featuring elegantly turned faceted detailing to the walnut backrest and main frame structure that effortlessly sweeps from the back rest down to the curved front arm uprights. A well structured cane seat is placed to the centre to complement this stunning piece of craftsmanship. We think this piece of furniture dates back to the late Victorian colonial era criteria 1900s, which bears the hallmarks of fine furniture made around this time. It has superb detailing that has to be seen to be fully appreciated. A fine piece of furniture to add to that living space.
Condition
This chair is in vintage condition with signs of previous use, completely stable and void of breaks, wobbles, repairs etc....it has some small markings, no woodworm, minimal nap wear, scrapes and scratches and the cane seat may need some attention.
Overall this glamorous chair is in fantastic condition for it's age ready to add to both commercial displays or home interiors.
